Terms and Conditions
Information presented by and/or retrieved from the Find an Orthodontist systems may NOT be utilized for commercial endeavors or any purpose not intended by the AAO, including, but not limited to, creating mailing lists or any other lists of AAO member orthodontists. The Find an Orthodontist systems' information may NOT be republished or sold, in whole or in part. The use of the Find an Orthodontist systems to reproduce independent data files or compendiums of statistical information is also prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
Although the AAO undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in the Find an Orthodontist systems accurate, the information is not guaranteed by the AAO. The AAO assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the Find an Orthodontist systems and does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information presented. Furthermore, the AAO does not endorse the individuals presented by the Find an Orthodontist systems or the services they may provide.
In no event, shall the AAO be held liable for any decision made or action taken resulting from the use of the Find an Orthodontist systems by an individual and/or business entity.
AAO members violating any of the terms and conditions outlined above may, at the option of the AAO in its sole discretion, be restricted from using the Find an Orthodontist systems. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63141. The AAO does not guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of a written complaint and shall not be obligated to take any action.
The AAO is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Find an Orthodontist systems. This includes, without limitation, any content uploaded or downloaded, or otherwise obtained through the Find an Orthodontist systems, or relating to personal computer damage or data loss. All warranties, expressed and implied, are hereby disclaimed, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All Find an Orthodontist systems users agree to hold the AAO, its subsidiaries and related entities, their officers, trustees, employees and agents harmless with respect to the Find an Orthodontist systems, including, without limitation, reliance on content obtained from the systems. All Find an Orthodontist systems users agree that no fees, charges, damages or penalties shall be due from the AAO as a result of the Find an Orthodontist systems, and that all Find an Orthodontist systems users hereby waive the right to bring any claim against the AAO, its subsidiaries, related entities, officers, trustees, employees and agents, directly or indirectly, resulting from use of the Find an Orthodontist systems.
This agreement shall be governed by Missouri law, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the State of Missouri for any action arising from your participation in AAOFind an Orthodontist systems.
There are two searches: a radius map search and a directory listing search. The radius map search contain member office listings for practicing orthodontists in the USA and Canada. The directory listing search contains member office listings for all AAO members. Reasonable measures have been taken to assure accurate and complete member contact information. Updates to the Find an Orthodontist systems are made on a regular basis. Therefore, changes may not be reflected until the next scheduled systems update. AAO member orthodontists may changes their office address by logging into http://www.AAOmembers.org and update their “Profile.” Member office address questions or changes should be directed to AAO Member Services atmembership@aaortho.org, by telephone at 314-993-1700, extension 507, or by mail at American Association of Orthodontists, 401 N.
